My Personal Rebirth

Change is a constant force that we all go through in life. Some changes bring us joy and propel us to look towards the future. Other changes can challenge us to be uncomfortable to experience growth and essential life lessons. Throughout my professional and personal life, I have experienced the highs and lows of radical transformation. I have experienced the grief and loss of my mother and best friend. I have felt like an imposter and thought I didn’t belong or was valued in many spaces at work. I have chased career paths that weren’t aligned with my true purpose. These changes felt like failures, but there were really seeds that laid the foundation for my rebirth. 

The Journey Towards Rebirth

We all have the power to go through our own rebirth and transform our lives. I created The Rebirth Group with one goal: to help each client become the best version of themselves. Whether it is working on how to become a more inclusive leader and organization, boosting your work performance to reach the next level in your career, learning how to overcome your imposter syndrome and increase your self-confidence, digging deep to heal from past traumas from work or your personal life, and ultimately changing careers and discovering your true purpose. The Rebirth Group is here to help everyone on their journey towards healing, learning and transformation. 

My Expertise

I started my journey as a Workforce Psychologist and Executive Coach to help people find their true purpose and build a more inclusive world. Industrial / Organizational Psychology is the study of how human behavior shows up in the workforce. My background in Industrial / Organizational Psychology and my expertise in DEI, coaching, change management, organizational development, and talent management help clients to reflect, rebuild, and restore their cultures and personal lives. Everyone deserves a seat at the table. Whether at work or in your personal lives, you deserve to feel that you have what it takes to reach your full potential, be your true self, and work in a culture that supports your growth.

    Conducting people analytics to generate cultural audits and measure the success of any strategy recommendation, program, or initiative will be important.
